Missing 3-year-old Christopher Ramirez found alive

Christopher Ramirez, the 3-year-old Grimes County, Texas, boy who has been missing since Wednesday has been found safe, police said. The boy was located in the late morning on Saturday and has been taken to Texas Children's Hospital for evaluation. (Photo credit: Texas Equusearch)
