People rescued from flooded apartment complex in Maryland | LiveNOW from FOX
The power of the remnants of what was Hurricane Ida were in full force Wednesday morning at the Congressional Towers in Rockville as rain waters rushed into the building leaving some occupants trapped and many facing flood damage. Emergency crews told FOX 5 DC that they rescued occupants form 20 units after flood waters rushed inside. Barnard said some of the flood waters were as deep as three feet. The Red Cross is on the scene providing assistance to residents in need.
