Tropical Storm Henri: Connecticut Gov. Lamont gives update on storm

Tropical Storm Henri continues to dump heavy rain on the greater Hartford area. Connecticut Gov. Lamont said the state is also dealing with downed trees, power lines and other damage from storm.
