Larry Elder's name can be on California recall ballot, judge's ruling says
Conservative radio personality and host Larry Elder will appear on the California recall ballot aimed at removing current governor Gavin Newsom. Superior Court Judge Laurie M. Earl disagreed with a state decision that Elder failed to meet requirements to qualify to run. He will join more than 40 candidates vying to take on Newsom for the recall on Sept. 14th.
