TX dad saves kidnapped daughter by tracking her phone

The father of a 15-year-old Texas girl abducted on Christmas day while walking her dog near Houston was able to track her phone to a remote location where he rescued his daughter from her half-naked kidnapper, the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office says. Retired NYPD officer Jillian Snider joined LiveNOW's Josh Breslow to discuss the case.
