FMCSA administrator on immigration licenses threat

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy issued a threat to New York on Friday after he says the state routinely issued commercial driver's licenses to immigrants that are valid long after they are no longer legally authorized to be in the US. Duffy said $73-million in highway funds would be withheld from the state unless the flawed system is fixed and the invalid licenses revoked. FMCSA administrator Derek Barrs joined LiveNOW's Josh Breslow to discuss how the issue was uncovered.
