Fourth French Prime Minister ousted in 12 months

President Emmanuel Macron must now appoint a fourth prime minister in 12 months after lawmakers voted 364-194 to oust François Bayrou. Bayrou had served less than nine months in office. The government’s collapse followed a failed confidence vote in parliament.
