Alina Habba named acting U.S. attorney in NJ

Alina Habba is set to remain the acting U.S. attorney in New Jersey after a panel of judges rejected her for the post. Meantime, the Senate Judiciary Commttee voted Thursday to advance the nomination of interim U.S. attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro.
