Ukraine and U.S. agree to framework for minerals deal

Ukraine and the United States have reached an agreement on the framework for an economic deal that includes access to Ukraine's rare earth minerals. President Trump on Wednesday shared from the Oval Office that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will be coming to the White House on Friday to sign the deal.
