Israel starts releasing Palestinian prisoners

On Monday, Israel started releasing dozens of Palestinian prisoners, all women or minors. It's part of the Gaza ceasefire deal with Hamas, which began Phase One on Sunday. Romi Gonen, Emily Damari and Doron Steinbrecher arrived at a hospital in Tel Aviv in "stable condition," according to officials. In a statement, President Biden said four more women will be released in seven days.
