Ex-NYPD chief accused of sexual misconduct

Former NYPD Chief of Department Jeffrey Maddrey appeared alongside his attorneys Friday to deny the recent sexual misconduct allegations against him at a press conference. Maddrey's lawyers claim that his accuser, Lt. Quathisha Epps has been under investigation by the NYPD's internal affairs department for putting in for overtime she never completed. They allege that she is making the allegations against Maddrey to get away with her scheme. LiveNOW's Andrew Craft discussed the allegations with FOX 5 NY reporter Jessica Formoso.
