Man can’t sue over wife’s death because of Disney+

Disney wants a Florida court to dismiss a lawsuit brought by the husband of Dr. Kanokporn Tangsuan, who died after eating at an Irish pub in Disney Springs, saying her husband had signed up for a one-month trial of Disney+ in 2019 and the terms prevented him from filing any lawsuits.
