Taylor Swift's alleged stalker arrested again

The man accused of following Taylor Swift is on his way to Rikers Island after violating an order of protection. David Crowe, 33 was arrested for the third time near the singer's home in Tribeca Wednesday afternoon after police reports of a disorderly person.
