Biden talks with Netanyahu about scaling back fight

President Biden told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that he wishes to see a scaling back of Israel's operation to destroy Hamas. Secretary of State Antony Blinken says there is an urgency to end the war as quickly as possible.
