Texas mall shooting: Law enforcement gives update
Texas Department of Public Safety held a news briefing on Tuesday afternoon to address the deaths of eight people killed when a gunman opened fire at the Allen Premium Outlets outside of Dallas. Mauricio Garcia, the 33-year-old suspected gunman was fatally shot by an Allen police officer who had responded to the mall for an unrelated call.
