House passes 'protection of women and girls in sports' Act

The House of Representatives on Thursday passed the "Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act," which would generally prohibit transgender women and girls from participating in female school athletics. Rob Holub, an adjunct professor of Sport Management at the University of New Haven joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to discuss what the bill would do and would not do.
