Madison Brooks death: LSU student 'shouldn't be blamed as a victim,' attorney says | LiveNOW from FOX

The city of Baton Rouge and many Louisiana State University students are still shaken by the death of sophomore Madison Brooks. Police say on January 15th, the 19-year-old left a popular college bar with 4 men before she was raped and then left in a neighborhood and was fatally hit by a car while she was intoxicated. The men are now facing rape charges and one of the suspects has also just been charged with first-degree rape in a 2020 case, according to jail records.
