Romaine lettuce removed from Wendy's sandwiches amid multi-state, E. Coli outbreak

Wendy's has chosen to remove romaine lettuce from its sandwiches as a precaution amid an E. Coli outbreak that has sickened at least 40 people in several states. Many of those with E. Coli had recently eaten a sandwich with romaine lettuce at a Wendy's location, according to the CDC.
