Texas elementary school shooting: Gov. Abbott confirms at least 15 victims

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott spoke at a news conference on Tuesday confirming 14 students and one teacher from Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, have been killed. The shooter has also died and was believed to have been killed by responding officers.
