The defamation trial of actor Johnny Depp versus his ex Amber Heard is now in day three in a Fairfax, Virginia, courtroom. Some of those who could testify, in addition to family and friends of the celebrities, could include Elon Musk and James Franco. The trial could last for weeks depending on how many witnesses are called.
