Subway attack suspect has long history with police: New details

Frank Robert James, the suspect in the Brooklyn, New York, subway attack, was arrested in downtown Manhattan after being spotted by people on the street who called the police tipline. Police said James is known to police, with a dozen arrests in the tri-state area including 9 prior arrests in New York City from 1992-1998 and three arrests in NJ, the most recent in 2007.
