President Joe Biden, while in Iowa to give a speech on lowering gas prices amid a sharp rise in inflation, was received well by the audience on the ground but not so much the birds flying above. One, in particular, had a specific delivery for the president in the form of his droppings, which landed on Biden in the midst of his speech.
