Sacramento shooting: 2nd suspect arrested on machine gun charges

A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the mass shooting in Sacramento that killed six people and injured another 12. Police have arrested 27-year-old Smiley Martin for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and possession of a machine gun. Martin is the brother of Dandre Martin, who was arrested yesterday as a related suspect in connection to the fatal shooting.
