Kyle Rittenhouse gun won't be returned to him: New details

The gun Kyle Rittenhouse used when he killed two people during protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, will not be returned to him as part of an agreement with prosecutors to destroy the weapon. Both sides agreed the state crime lab would destroy the weapon sometime in April. Judge Bruce Schroeder, who presided over the trial, approved the agreement during a hearing on Friday.
