Scott Peterson demands new trial ahead of re-sentencing

Convicted murderer Scott Peterson, who will appear in court to be re-sentenced to life in prison without parole, is now demanding a new trial based on a questionnaire from one juror in the original case. Peterson was initially sentenced to death but the California Supreme Court reversed that decision and ordered Peterson to be resentenced. Peterson is expected to speak publicly in court for the first time in years.
