Jussie Smollett's trial is underway in Chicago, as prosecutors told jurors that the former "Empire" actor recruited two brothers who worked with him on the show to help him carry out the fake attack. Meanwhile, Smollett's attorneys claim the two brothers attacked Smollett because they didn't like him and that there is not a "shred" of physical and forensic evidence linking Smollett to the crime prosecutors allege. Smollett is charged with felony disorderly conduct and could face up to three years in prison.
