Rescue operations continue as flooding hits Hawaii

We are learning more as Hawaii faces its worst flooding in more than two decades. Reports say that local officials have previously told residents close to the hardest-hit areas to evacuate. Additional rain this weekend has pounded already saturated ground from a storm the week prior.
