Markwayne Mullin inches closer to DHS confirmation

We are learning more this Sunday as the Senate has now voted to advance Sen. Markwayne Mullin to succeed Kristi Noem as secretary of Homeland Security. The Senate voted 54 to 37 to advance Mullin, setting up a final vote on his nomination likely at the start of the week. "Judicial warrants will be used to go into houses, into place of businesses, unless we're pursuing someone that enters in that place," Mullin said during his confirmation hearings. "I have not mixed words with that, and I haven't changed my opinion about that."
