NTSB continues to investigate LaGuardia crash

We are learning more after two pilots were killed during a ground collision at LaGuardia Airport late Sunday. Both were operating an Air Canada Express CRJ-900 regional jet that was attempting to land. According to federal investigators, control of the aircraft was transferred from the first officer to the captain just seconds before the incident.
