US economy unexpectedly lost 23K jobs in July

The U.S. economy unexpectedly lost 23,000 jobs in July, far below expectations for an increase of 80,000, according to new federal data. Despite the decline in hiring, the unemployment rate edged down to 4.1%. LiveNOW’s Mike Pache spoke about the July report with David Uberti from The Wall Street Journal.
