Ex-Uvalde officer not guilty of child endangerment

Former Uvalde school police officer Adrian Gonzales has been found not guilty on child endangerment or abandonment charges. Gonzales was among the first police officers to response to the deadly school shooting in Uvalde, Texas in 2022. Gonzales, who appeared emotional after the verdict was read, was acquitted on 29 felony counts.
