Trump, Thune had 'spirited' talk over Venezuela vote

Politico congressional reporter Jordain Carney joins LiveNOW's Austin Westfall to discuss her reporting that Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) and President Trump had a "spirited" conversation over the Senate Venezuela war powers resolution vote.
