Democrats demand changes for ICE operations

This comes as lawmakers debate spending bills and face a January 30 deadline to keep the government funded. Following the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis, negotiations for Homeland Security (DHS) funding have become increasingly contentious. Some Democrats have indicated they may oppose DHS funding unless reforms are implemented.
