Sen. Cornyn, Rep. Casar argue outside Texas airport

Texas congressmen Rep. Greg Casar (D) and Sen. John Cornyn (R) engaged in a heated exchange about Department of Homeland Security funding outside of the Austin airport on Monday. As the partial government shutdown continues, TSA workers have now missed their first full paycheck and the resulting call-outs have led to lengthy security lines at airports across the country. Cornyn brought Whataburger to TSA agents at the airport, and Casar criticized the gesture.
