Mayor Frey, Minneapolis police chief speak to media

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey has spoken to the media again today after a deadly shooting involving federal agents in the city that took place earlier in the morning. Frey has requested assistance from the Minnesota National Guard to support the Minneapolis Police Department, which has around 600 police officers in total. Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara also spoke to the media alongside state and local officials. "Our demand today is for those federal agencies that are operating in our city to do so with the same discipline, humanity and integrity that effective law enforcement in this country demands," O'Hara said earlier in the day.
