LaGuardia Airport reopens after deadly collision

NTSB continues to investigate an airport collision that left two pilots dead.  New York’s LaGuardia Airport was closed for hours after an Air Canada plane collided with a fire truck while landing Sunday night. The pilot and copilot were killed and both fire officers were injured, Kristina Infante an Aviation Attorney weighs in.
