Americans on hantavirus cruise ship to go to Nebraska

The U.S. citizens exposed to hantavirus while aboard a cruise ship are set to quarantine at The National Quarantine Unit on the University of Nebraska Medical Center campus, officials said Friday. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will send a team to meet with the American passengers in the Canary Islands, where the ship is set to dock in the coming days. The World Health Organization (WHO) is also working with the multiple countries who have passengers aboard to prepare for their return and quarantine. Dr. Peter Chin-Hong, an infectious disease expert, joins LiveNOW's Anna Marsick to break down how concerned the public should be about the risk of hantavirus spreading.
