Reactions as LaGuardia Airport reopens after crash

We are learning more as Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy held a press conference at LaGuardia Airport after Air Canada Express Flight 8646 struck a rescue vehicle after landing. Duffy confirmed during the press conference that 72 passengers and 4 crew members were on the plane.
