Kristi Noem doesn't speak at Trump cabinet meeting

President Donald Trump met with members of his cabinet to discuss ongoing issues facing the United States, including "Operation Metro Surge" in Minneapolis. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem did not speak during the meeting, several other cabinet members also did not make remarks.
