Kaohly Her sworn in as mayor St. Paul, MN

Kaohly Her made history on Friday as she was sworn in to serve as the next mayor of St. Paul. Her is the first woman, Hmong and Asian American to be mayor of the Minnesota city. This is also the first time St. Paul will be led by an all-women city council.
