Police: Armed man in "war" hat arrested in Seattle

Seattle Police on Thursday said they arrested a 21-year-old man armed with a shotgun, pistol, and several rounds of ammunition near Seattle's Space Needle during a New Year's Eve celebration. Authorities added that the suspect was wearing all black clothing, and had on a red hat with "WAR" written on it.
