Van Epps (R-TN) speaks after special election win

We have now learned that Republican Matt Van Epps has won a special election in Tennessee for a seat in the U.S. House. This extends the GOP’s hold on the district. President Donald Trump helped the military veteran and former state general services commissioner from Nashville defeat Democratic state Rep. Aftyn Behn to represent the state’s 7th Congressional District.
