Pentagon probes Sen. Kelly over 'illegal orders' video

We are learning more after reports from the Associated Press that say the Pentagon is investigating Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) for possibly breaching military law. According to the AP, the investigation came about after Sen. Kelly joined five other Democratic lawmakers in a video, where they told members of the military that they can "refuse illegal orders."
