Chip Roy, Hakeem Jeffries speak at House Rules meeting

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries spoke today after some lawmakers agreed upon a stopgap bill that will reopen the government. Rep. Jeffries joined the House Rules Committee this evening to discuss the ongoing government shutdown and his opposition to the current funding bill.
