Andrew Cuomo concedes NYC election to Mamdani

Democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani has won his race tonight, defeating both former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa to become the next mayor of New York City. Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo made a statement shortly after the results were announced.
