Minority Leader Jeffries speaks as shutdown continues

Three weeks in, Congress is still at a standstill over government spending and an end to the shutdown. Last week, House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries said Republicans have shown little seriousness in negotiating an end to the government shutdown. Rep. Jeffries (D-NY) spoke to reporters as the shutdown continued for another week.
