Police chase with kids in car ends with crash in L.A.

A kidnapping suspect led police on a miles-long pursuit along Pacific Coast Highway in Southern California on Friday. The vehicle, which had children inside and was reported stolen, crashed into another vehicle before the suspect fled the scene.
