Update on deadly Russian attack in Ukraine's capital

We are learning more after Russia launched a large-scale attack on Kyiv overnight. Early reports have shown at least 21 people have died with many more wounded. Ukrainian officials said on Thursday that the attack also damaged buildings in the city.
