Active shooter in Maine, shelter-in-place ordered

Authorities in North Windham, Maine urged residents to shelter-in-place and lock their doors following a shooting near Route 302. Police said the shooter was still on the loose and asked residents to report any suspicious activity. Maine State Police are assisting the Windham Police Department and Cumberland County Sheriff's Office with the investigation.
