Congressman says DOJ will not prosecute Obama

Congressman Jim Himes, of Connecticut, said on Capitol Hill Wednesday that the charges Tulsi Gabbard is discussing in a criminal referral for President Obama to the Justice Department will never be acted upon, due to lack of evidence.
